Job Description:
- To provide troubleshooting, repair, installation and perform maintenance on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication and computer network systems.
- Able to perform installation, configuration for office PC, network system.
- To support user request for technical assistance.
- Response to the need and questions on network users concerning their access to resources on the network and operation of various software programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably non executive specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
- Full-Time position available.
