Maklumat baik datang dari Bangkok Bank Berhad dimana Bangkok Bank Limited, Cawangan Kuala Lumpur membuka pintu untuk perniagaan pada 23 Januari 1959 yang menawarkan pelbagai perkhidmatan perbankan komersial. Pada 20 Mei 1993, Bangkok Bank Limited, Bangkok ("Ibu Bapa Bank") telah mengubah statusnya kepada syarikat awam yang dikehendaki oleh Bursa Sekuriti & Bursa Akta, Thailand dan dengan itu, Ibu Bapa Bank dikenali sebagai Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, begitu juga yang Cawangan Kuala Lumpur. Sebagai mematuhi kehendak Bank Negara Malaysia mengenai semua bank asing yang diperbadankan di Malaysia, Bangkok Bank Berhad ("BBB") telah ditubuhkan pada 12 Mei 1994 untuk mengambil alih keseluruhan operasi Kuala Lumpur Cawangan Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.


BBB adalah anak syarikat milik penuh Bangkok Bank Syarikat Awam Berhad dengan modal saham dibenarkan dan berbayar sebanyak RM600 juta. Aktiviti utama BBB adalah perbankan dan perkhidmatan kewangan yang berkaitan. BBB hanya mempunyai satu anak syarikat yang BBL Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd. Aktiviti utama syarikat subsidiari adalah penyediaan perkhidmatan calon.

Kini BBB membuka Kesempatan kerjaya dengan banyak kekosongan seperti berikut ini :-

Senior Executive/ Executive, Audit & Control (Kuala Lumpur Head Office)

Tanggungjawab:

  1. Mengkaji operasi unit-unit perniagaan / jabatan / cawangan untuk memastikan konsistensi keputusan dengan objektif dan matlamat Bank;
  2. Mengkaji kebolehpercayaan dan integriti maklumat kewangan dan operasi;
  3. Menilai keberkesanan pengurusan risiko dan sistem kawalan dalaman yang dilaksanakan oleh pengurusan;
  4. Mengkaji keberkesanan dan kecekapan proses kredit / kelulusan dalam memenuhi jangkaan Bank dari segi kawalan, masa yang diambil dan perkhidmatan pelanggan;
  5. Melaporkan penemuan audit dengan cadangan praktikal;
  6. Menilai kecukupan tindakan pengurusan terhadap pelaksanaan cadangan audit;
  7. Menghadiri mesyuarat keluar audit;
  8. Mengambil bahagian dalam projek-projek pembangunan sistem yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank; mengkaji semula sistem baru, kemas kini sistem dan pengubahsuaian sebelum, semasa dan selepas peringkat pembangunan;
  9. Menjalankan audit penyiasatan dalam keadaan di mana dakwaan salah laku, penipuan, penyalahgunaan atau konflik kepentingan timbul;
  10. Menjalankan kajian atau tugas-tugas lain sebagaimana yang diberikan;

Syarat-syarat:

  1. Ijazah Sarjana Muda / Profesional pensijilan Perakaunan / Juruaudit Dalaman Bertauliah (CIA).
  2. 2-5 tahun minimum pengalaman dalam bidang audit dalaman institusi kewangan.

Relationship Manager, Business Banking (Kuala Lumpur / Muar / Klang / Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

  1. To solicit for new businesses from SME and corporate sectors;
  2. To manage a portfolio of customers from large corporate and middle market segment with objective to maximize return to the Bank and providing excellence service to the customer;
  3. To cross sell the Bank's products to existing and potential customers;

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Economics or professional qualifications such as CIMA / ACCA with 3 years corporate / commercial Banking experience in banking industry.
  2. Knowledge of bond market and with CCP qualification will be added advantage.
  3. Resourceful, assertive, independent and result oriented.
  4. Possess strong communication, analytical, marketing and negotiation skills.
  5. Possess own transport.

Senior Executive, Credit Management (Special Asset Management Unit) ( Kuala Lumpur Head Office )

Tanggungjawab:

  1. Pengurusan Aset Khas (SAM) bertanggungjawab bagi pengurusan akaun terjejas, memaksimumkan pemulihan dan mengembalikan keuntungan melalui penstrukturan semula, penjadualan semula, pemulihan langsung dan tindakan undang-undang;
  2. Membangunkan strategi pemulihan dan program penyusunan semula hutang untuk akaun terjejas;
  3. Pengurusan akaun terjejas;
  4. Penyebaran dasar berkaitan yang diluluskan dan menyediakan meja bantuan kepada pelanggan dalaman;
  5. Iklan secara teratur dan - hoc laporan / semak portfolio terjejas bank itu;
  6. Membangun dan mengekalkan pusat perpustakaan / rujukan untuk "pelajaran yang dipelajari" pada akaun terjejas;
  7. Memberi panduan kepada Pengurus Perhubungan perancangan akaun dan penyusunan semula pinjaman;
  8. Untuk mengkaji semula dan mencadangkan rancangan penyusunan semula bagi akaun terjejas kepada Jawatankuasa pinjaman untuk kelulusan;
  9. Bertanggungjawab untuk memantau penutupan akaun terjejas dan kajian yang berterusan untuk mematuhi semua undang-undang dan peraturan-peraturan yang berkaitan;
  10. Apa-apa tugas lain yang berkaitan yang ditugaskan oleh Ketua Jabatan;
  11. Mematuhi keperluan dalam Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan - Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001.

Syarat-syarat:

  1. Pendidikan: Ijazah Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Kewangan, Perakaunan, Ekonomi atau kelayakan profesional.
  2. Pengalaman: pengalaman Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun dalam kredit perbankan perniagaan.
    Mempunyai integriti yang tinggi dan komunikasi kuat, analisis, pemasaran dan kemahiran berunding.
  3. Pengalaman di hujung ke hujung proses di sebuah institusi kewangan sebaik-baiknya pengalaman dalam menguruskan akaun terjejas untuk akaun korporat / komersial. Dapat mengimbangi perniagaan / risiko dan proaktif dalam tindakan pemulihan.

Executive, General Affairs (Kuala Lumpur Head Office)

Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure all payments are made in a timely manner and accurate with valid supporting documents (Expenses and Payment Management);
  2. To ensure all entries are correctly posted in accordance to Accounting Policies (Accounting Entries Verification);
  3. To manage Domestic Posting and Courier Services with reconciliation of revenue stamp performed regularly;
  4. To monitor Tenants payment and ensure timely renewal of tenancy agreement with the Bank's tenants;
  5. To ensure all maintenance contracts for office equipments and EDP hardware / software are renewed on time (Contract Management);
  6. To perform sighting and tagging of assets on scheduled basis (Asset Management);
  7. To monitor the quality of assets and continue to source for better pricing of equal quality products for the Bank.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Accounting or any other related disciplines.
  2. Fresh graduate or at least 1 year working experience.
  3. Possess basic accounting knowledge, good command of English, computer literate, and meticulous.

Confidential Assistant, KL Main Branch ( Kuala Lumpur Head Office )

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to cash, deposit, withdrawal, remittances, account opening and other transactions by customers over the counter;
  2. Process daily clearing cheques which include scanning of cheques, data entry, return cheques and balancing;
  3. Document filing.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U/Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related fields.
  2. At least 2 - 3 years experience in customer services including cash handling, deposit, withdrawal, funds transfer and other banking transactions.
  3. Excellent customer services skills and a good team player.
  4. Good knowledge of AML/CFT.
  5. Good computer and database literacy especially in MS Word, Ms Excel, etc.
  6. Pleasant personality, and able to interact well with clients.

Vice President, Operation Risk Management (Kuala Lumpur Head Office)

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and coordinate development of operational risk policy and guidelines, in line with best practice and compliance with Bank policies, and regulatory requirements;
  2. Dissemination of approved operational risk policy and guidelines as well as providing help desk to internal customers;
  3. To provide guidance to internal customer in proper identification, monitoring and management in accordance to the operational risk policy, leveraging on the Key Control Standard, Key Control Self-Assessment, Key Risk Indicators and Operational Loss/Near Miss Reporting;
  4. Participate in the Bank business projects, monitored the implementation and conducted post-implementation review to ensure the identified risks were mitigated accordingly as per the recommendations made
  5. Collect loss data events for building a loss database. Analyse and provide incident mitigation support/advice to business units and support functions;
  6. Provide support to the department / branch in developing and maintain business / function level policies and procedures commensurate with Bank's risk profile, products / services being offered and also the operating environment which are consistent with Operational Risk Policies;
  7. Responsible to produce accurate and timely operational risk reporting for submission to management and Board level committees;
  8. Participate in the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) exercise for submission to Bank Negara Malaysia.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. In depth knowledge on financial institution operational risk management practices i.e. key risk indicators, loss data, risk control self-assessment.
  4. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
