Executive, IT Network & Infrastructure-Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 operations of network Infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, modem, and cablings)
- Manage and handlie communication & infrastructure with multi-vendors such as telephony systems, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Plan, implement and maintain the 3rd party network connectivity such as Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM), Bursa Malaysia, Bloomberg, Reuters and SWIFT.
- Manage, support and supervise the day-to-day operations on the Desktop Operation environment (laptop/desktop, printers, OS, software, antivirus) including supervising Desktop Support Engineer.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and services for the IT department.
- Maintain the overall IT security of the network and communications, desktop computing systems, data and ensuring high availability of critical business systems
- Supervise the managed services partner and other IT infrastructure vendors on the data centre operations, disaster recovery operations, network operations and security by ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
- Be responsible for all IT related problem escalation, resolution and root cause.
- Assist in audits and inventory of the bank IT equipment and ensuring no unauthorized devices are connected to the computing system.
- Plan, implement and maintain firewall and security access.
- Ensure tip-top systems security by assigning appropriate permissions for application access and firewall policies.
- Ensure all systems have latest patches updates.
- Provide backup support to IT Security officer on user access right related production support for system access password administration task.
KELAYAKAN:
- At least 3 years of well-rounded IT infrastructure knowledge including data centre and disaster recovery operations.
- Degree in Information technology specializing in network, data communications or security.
- Preference would be given to those who have certifications in CCNA/MCSE/ITIL/ISO 27001
