Kim Eng telah memenangi anugerah berprestij banyak di kebanyakan pasaran Asia bahawa ia beroperasi.

Online Client Services, Retail Equities

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively identify new business opportunities and focused on acquiring new retail trading accountsto help the team deliver revenue and sales targets
  2. Provide high quality of service to clients
  3. Maintain good relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  4. Aggressively promote online share trading and share trading products to meet and exceed targets in terms of business volume i.e. fee income, share margin/trading accounts and SMF loan growth
  5. Work closely with bank branches, internal and external partners for business referrals
  6. Liaise with external intermediaries for execution of orders and settlement of trades
  7. Keep abreast of  market trend and market intelligence, and have strong product knowledge
  8. Conduct presentations for clients and organise investment community engagement seminars.
  9. Apply consultative selling techniques to identify and advise on trading opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Has at least 2 years of working experience in the related field required
  2. Possessing Securities Commission's certification in Module 6 and 7 OR Module 14 and 16 will be an added advantage.
  3. A self starter who has a strong drive to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  4. Possess good knowledge and understanding of equities and derivatives business
  5. Strategic thinking and able to execute business plans effectively
  6. Highly service-oriented
  7. Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  8. Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Private Client Services, Retail Equities    

Tanggungjawab

Marketing role:

  1. Actively and strategically identify new business opportunities and acquire new customer and sales to help the team deliver revenue and sales targets
  2. Service-oriented and able to provide high quality service to clients
  3. Aggressively sell the Investment Business Model to meet and exceed the targets in terms of business volume i.e. fee income, share margin/trading accounts and SMF loan growth
  4. Plan sales activity campaigns for activation and retention of clients
  5. Work closely with relationship bankers from the bank for business growth and to solicit business referrals from various unitsLiaise with external intermediaries for execution of orders, settlement of trades and relationship building
  6. Keep abreast of  market trend and market intelligence, and have strong product knowledge
  7. Conduct presentations and organise workshops for clients
  8.  Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify and advise on trading opportunities

Dealing role:

  1. Achieve zero customer complaints on services rendered in terms of provisions of product information (i.e. features and benefits) and handling of customer’s trade instructions
  2. Maintain a strong  relationship with clients
  3. Receptive and responsive to customers’ feedback and suggestions by replying promptly to customers
  4. Gather and monitor customer information and feedback to provide trading/investment ideas
  5. Execute trades and manage clients’ accounts effectively; ensure execution of instructions on margin calls, forced sale and recovery within the stipulated time frame and with accuracy to ensure no losses/errors
  6. Ensure efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades in Equities, Equities IPOs and Equities related products and any securities that may be traded by the bank in future

Requirements:

  1. Preferably with 3 years of experience in share trading/Sales
  2. Additional qualification in RIIAM's Diploma in Investment Analysis or Securities Commission's certification in Module 6 and 7 preferred
  3. Results driven with proven sales track/brokerage fees record
  4. Possess good knowledge and understanding of the equities business and stock market

Responsibilities:

  1. To conceptualise and implement marketing campaigns for the region in support of organisational objectives and goals.
  2. Work closely with Business Heads to develop effective marketing plans.
  3. Proactively measure marketing ROI and KPIs and adjust plans appropriately based on data driven decision making.
  4. To manage and promote company brand in the region.
  5. To develop and deliver effective internal and external marketing communications for all channels.
  6. To monitor, track and analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  7. To build an effective team and develop required capabilities to support the business.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent, preferably candidate with MBA.
  2. At least 10 years of related experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  3. Must have deep knowledge in Google Analytics, Content Marketing, SEM and Performance display marketing tools.
  4. Good command of English to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  5. Able to work under pressure, in meeting tight deadlines and can work independently.Have interest in digital, future trends, technologies and devices.

Senior Legal Counsel, Legal

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively manage external counsel
  2. Review and approve discovery documents, litigation pleadings, motions and briefs prepared by outside counsel
  3. Attend depositions, arbitrations, mediations, court conferences, trials and meetings including with regulators as necessary
  4. Work closely with outside counsel regarding case budgets, case strategy and case resolution
  5. Assist the business and operational departments in preparing of replies to legal notices received
  6. Approve case strategy and settlements, providing oversight to the production of discovery documents and acting as liaison with bank witnesses for depositions and trials
  7. Liaise with outside insures, including with regard to coverage issues, analyse pre-litigation matters and provide advice to the Bank’s management and construct and implement litigation management and risk reduction processes
  8. Render urgent written or oral advice accurately to the various internal customers of the Maybank Group in respect of critical litigation matters
  9. May be required to assist on other general legal matters based on priority and team capacity

Requirements:

  1. Confirmed Executives in Maybank Group who are currently in Band F–Band E with at least 2 years of continuous service in current position or in current roles. For new joiners, a 3 years minimum period of continuous services with the bank
  2. Bachelor of Laws from a reputable university with minimum of 8 years experience (post admission into practice) and if currently an in-house lawyer, must have worked in a law firm in litigation matters for at least 4 years.
  3. Exposure to banking or corporate law litigation is also a pre-requisite
  4. Good drafting skills essential
  5. Commercially oriented, dynamic and able to grasp new issues quickly
  6. Work independently, pro-active and have a keen attention to detail
  7. Possess good communication and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

Analyst, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Assistant Managers/ Managers/ Senior Managers/ Team Heads on various corporate exercises, towards the completion of the corporate assignments
  2. Prepare submission documents, ensuring the information provided is correct and has been subject to a due diligence process
  3. To liaise with clients and authorities
  4. Assist in billing and collection
  5. Monitoring of issues highlighted as per due diligence working group
  6. Maintaining relationship and liaising with clients and authorities
  7. Monitoring tasks to be executed post-completion of a transaction
  8. Assist in preparation of proposals

Requirements:

  1. All confirmed Executives in Maybank Group who are currently in BG50 – BG52 with at least 2 years of continuous service in current position or in current roles. For new joiner, a 3 years minimum period of continuous services with the bank.
  2. Possesses a Bachelor Degree from recognised university
  3. Sound understanding of the investment banking and financial industry are required
  4. Knowledge in accounting or audit required

Executive, Retail Equities

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with relevant parties in identifying skills/competencies gaps
  2. Collaborate with relevant parties in identifying suitable courses to address the gaps
  3. Coordinate and organise training and marketing events/seminars for sales staff (including but not limited to Online Client Services-OCS and Private Client Services-PCS)
  4. Track and monitor the progress of events/seminars organised
  5. Ensure timely delivery of all required reports from sales staff
  6. Other operational matters

Requirements:

  1. Confirmed Executives in Maybank Group who are currently in BG50-BG51 or equivalent with at least 2 years of continuous service in current position or in current roles. For new joiners, a 3 years minimum period of continuous services with the bank.Degree in any discipline
  2. Good knowledge and understanding in retail equities business an added advantage
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Possess excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.

Manager, Market Risk

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the daily monitoring of ECS traders’ derivative positions and ensure that the positions fall within the approved limits
  2. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements to Bank Negara Malaysia, Maybank Kim Eng Regional Market Risk, Maybank Group Market Risk Management, Maybank Investment Bank’s Risk Management Committee and other stakeholders of Maybank Investment Bank’s Risk Management Department
  3. Understand local regulatory requirements and be aware of market environment/practices that will impact assigned books/products
  4. Review and refine risk monitoring procedures
  5. Provide advice and assess risk associated with respective product or service implementation.
  6. Perform automation of current reports and review current processes where further automation can be performed.
  7. Validate new products or variations from other products.

Requirements:

  1. Confirmed executives in Maybank Group who are currently in IB4 – IB5 or equivalent with at least 2 years in current position.
  2. CFA, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science qualifications preferred
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in Market Risk
  4. Competency in financial quantitative analysis, modeling and research, advanced spreadsheet skills preferred
  5. Good presentation and communication skills
  6. Good management, planning and organisation skills
  7. Good knowledge and understanding in Market Risk Management an added advantage.
