SERVICE ADVISOR - GENERAL SERVICE

Responsibilities

Advise and attend to customers' needs for servicing / repairing of vehicles.
Establish of total customer care standards of the service center.
Assist in the achievement of branch service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective implementation of customer retention program.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry especially at the Service Centre.
Pleasant personality with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent team player with less supervision.
Possess valid driving license.

EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Sibu & Temerloh

Responsibilities

To improve and responsible for the overall implementation for customer satisfaction activities.
Lead and manage insurance renewal business.
To compile and review feedback in order to achieve set target on monthly basis.
To monitor and develop sales team performance in customer service and satisfaction.
Support sales team in showroom and roadshow activities.
Monitor standard of procedures (SOP) compliance at outlet.
Maintain and improve outlet facilities standard.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business/Mass Communication/Engineering with automotive or related experience OR Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
2 years working experience in Sales and Customer Service.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team and interact with people effectively
Self-motivated and independent with strong leadership skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia while proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

SALES CONSULTANT (LEXUS)

Deliver an excellent level of customer satisfaction
Develop network of prospects at all times.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
Minimum 1 - 2 years sales experience preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent team player with high commitment and able to perform under pressure.
Customer oriented person with dynamic personality, high self motivated and excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to converse in various languages is an added advantage.

EXECUTIVE FACILITIES & INVENTORY

Shah Alam

Responsibilities

Ensure IT facilities projects are being carry and completed within the specified schedule & budget.
Support and maintain IT facilities setup for HQ, branches & dealers.
To coordinate and organize IT facilities tasks with vendors & related divisions.
Handle site planning and site preparation for new branches & dealers.
Manage new data line application for branches & dealers.
To perform installation & commissioning of data line as well as support and troubleshoot data line issues.
Conduct documentation and follow 5s standards.
Perform IT audit for hardware & software.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional
Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer
Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
