Kerja Kosong Terkini Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) Tarikh tutup 16 Oktober 2015. Maklumat Kerjaya datang dari PTP, PTP marupakan Terminal kontainer paling canggih di Malaysia, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) yang strategis terletak di pertemuan jalur pelayaran timur-barat utama, menawarkan Pelayaran waktu deviasi minimal 45 menit. PTP terletak di Teluk terlindung dan tidak memiliki batasan pasang. Gerakan kargo lokal untuk kawasan industri utama dapat diakses melalui kedua tol Malaysia-Singapura dan jalan raya utara-selatan.

Selain jalan, laut dan udara keterkaitan antar-moda, PTP juga terhubung ke jaringan kereta api nasional melewati Semenanjung Malaysia dari Singapura ke Thailand Selatan. PTP memiliki 14 tempat berlabuh linear (360 m per tempat tidur) sebesar 5.04km. Terminal ini dilengkapi dengan 57 super Pos Panamax crane, 10 di antaranya memiliki 22 kotak penjangkauan katering untuk generasi berikutnya dari kapal super Pos Panamax. Crane ini juga memiliki kemampuan twin-angkat untuk lebih meningkatkan produktivitas. PTP yang saat ini rata-rata lebih dari 32 bergerak per jam / crane, dan produktivitas dermaga berdiri pada 100 bergerak per jam minimum.

Executive BPM Developer, Information & Process

Malaysia - Johor - Gelang Patah, Johor

Job Description

This position is required to support BPM and System integration function in a new department called system. Development set up transform the company for sustainable profitability and growth by developing system that synergize across business units to improve productivity and quality of service.

Responsibilities

Support in the areas of process discovery and optimization, requirements management and solution architecture and design focused on BPM and SOA.
Support in the domains of process modelling (BPMN), integration Designer, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions.
Design and develop workflow patterns and basic logic flows, user interface.
Foster collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and user groups.
Establish the BPMS solution as an efficient and reliable product within the overall Information Technology Environment.
Analyse and digest the business and IT requirement for new software functions and is responsible for guiding the team through the project.
Create and implements process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces for human workflow tasks within the BPM product
Organize the integration of business processes and business rules as well as other Back End systems and databases.
Effectively use the available tools for integration of services coordinate development of new services.
Define expected behaviours of service in terms of performance, service levels, and so on. Implements’ KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards within the BPM product.
Work in onsite offshore model.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or another computer-based.
Discipline with min 3 years relevant working experience.

Skills

Minimum 2 years of BPM product knowledge; technical expertise of product modules, features and configurations.
Experience with Design and Development of BPM Workflows.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customer, partner, and IT management and staff.
Must have hands-on development, deployment experience with BPM software and must have implemented at least 1 business processes.
Very familiar with SQL, PL, SQL, web services, SOA, scrum or agile methodology.
