TANGGUNGJAWAB
- Reviewing and establishing documents, procedures and processes for the implementation of all corporate objectives and operation to meet the business needs of the bank and its customers;
- Develop and implement action plan for the Bank’s fund management;
- To market the Bank’s Islamic corporate finance and fund management services;
- Optimizing all costs involved in carrying out the Bank’s activities and ensuring high level of productivity for its assets and expenditure and maximizing returns to shareholders of the Bank;
- Reporting to the Bank’s COO, Board of Directors, the group’s top management and relevant authority on the performance of the Bank;
- To expand the Group’s businesses in financial services and banking sector especially by expanding the Bank’s business activity;
- Officer in-charge of Bank’s compliance processes and procedures;
- To carry out such other duties for the bank and the Group as may be directed by the Director and/or the Board or other persons acting on behalf of the Bank.
KELAYAKAN
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, professional Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or related discipline
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Self motivated, dynamic, great leadership and analytic power, excellent interpersonal skills and independent
- Applicant must be willing to travel
- Preferably Managers/Senior Executives specializing in Finance/Corporate Finance/Investment/ Merchant Banking or equivalent
